The City of Costa Mesa is seeking an Arts Specialist in the Parks and Community Services Department. This is a full time position paying between $62,472 and $83,700 annually. 

Summer Arts is a university-level intensive program in the visual and performing arts. We are based at the California State University Chancellor’s Office in Long Beach and currently hold our summer program at Fresno State. We are hiring a Programs Specialist to coordinate the operations, logistics, travel, and communications for the program. This position would be a good fit for an early- or mid-career professional with interest in arts education, higher education, and/or arts administration. The position is based in Long Beach 10 months of the year and in Fresno the other two. It requires onsite work in both locations.  The salary range for this classification is $3,897 to $7,051 per month.
