Job Posting Strategy: I only feature recent job postings that have been listed in the past 1-2 weeks. Whenever possible I link to the job on the organization’s website, rather than search engines. I only include jobs that excited and delight me. I don’t post jobs from companies that I know are toxic. My job list is focused on jobs primarily in California since I know the philanthropic landscape in my home state best.
